In several African countries the HIV & AIDS epidemic has reached disastrous levels. Millions of people are infected with the life threatening disease and the societies are at risk of total collapse within a few years.

Many children have become orphans and remain without support in this world. In a few years, they need to be able to bring their countries into the future and if we want them to succeed in this task they need to be helped now, while there is still time. DM-Aid works with these suffering children and tries with what is possible to help this tragedy easing.

Asia and the Middle East
The conditions in Palestine and Chechnya have left many children without one, or both parents. The countries economies collapsed due to a persistent crisis and the result has been children that are highly dependent on assistance from others. In Pakistan, China and many other places, orphanages and aid to orphans are sadly a necessity to ensure the poors survival and to give them a future.

A tenner a day
Most places in the world DKR 10 ( € 1.3) is enough to secure a child’s schooling, clothes, three meals a day, medical care etc. It is in DM-Aid’s experience and the judgment of the UN that a child, in one of the poorer countries of this world, can get schooling for around DKR 250 (€ 33) a month.

To be able to do the most for our orphaned children we need a stable monthly budget of DKR 250 (€ 33) per child. Therefore we encourage a regular donation every month. Even a minor amount every month can help to secure a good livelihood for a child.

A donation of a regular amount can easily be done directly through a bank, in order for it to take place automatically.
